Common questions
The keyboard isn't showing my clips.
Open Settings > Keyboards > Pastefold and turn on “Allow Full Access.” Without it, typing still works but the vault, pasteboard access, and the App Group are unavailable to the keyboard extension.
I upgraded to Pro but the app still shows locked clips.
Pull to refresh in Vault, or relaunch the app. Entitlements are re-verified automatically when the app becomes active.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and turn off Pastefold Pro. See the in-app subscription disclosure for full details.
Managing your subscription
Use Settings > Manage Subscription inside Pastefold, or the App Store subscriptions page.
